While uploading the signature of the candidate, the following details are needed to be kept in mind:

SpecificationsDetails
Dimensionsdraw a rectangular box of size 2 cm x 7 cm (Height x Width) on a white paper. Sign with black or dark blue ink pen completely within this box horizontally.

 File size rangefile size of the image should be in the range of 4 kB to 30 kB

The photograph must match with your appearance on the day of the examination in the following dimensions:

Colour of the Image

photograph must be recent and must be in COLOUR. Photographs of poor resolution taken using a mobile phone and other self-composed portraits may result in the rejection of the application.

Format

photograph is required in JPEG/JPG format and must be of size 3.5 cm * 4.5 cm (Width * Height).

Maximum and Minimum Pixel

The file size of the image should be in the range of 10 kB to 200 kB.

Background

Background of the photograph must be white or a very light colour.

 

Note: The Candidate has to upload only his/her own photograph and signature as mentioned above (and not of anybody else) in a correct/proper manner.]
