For the admission of B.Tech programs they accepts the following entrance exams are,

JEE, TBJEE 

For eligible for admission student must have completed 12 years of schooling with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

Reserved category candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS may apply against unreserved vacancies, if vacancies have not been reserved for their category in their state. However, they must fulfil the eligibility criteria for age and educational qualification at par with unreserved candidates. They will, however, be eligible for fee concession (as applicable),  but will have to pay specified intimation charges.

Yes, many universities admit students for B.Com (H) through CUET (Common University Entrance Test). The passing marks are different from one university to the other as well as from one category of the candidate to the other. Most of the deemed and prestigious universities such as Delhi University expect candidate to score above 480 to 500 marks out of 800 for B.Com (H) for general category students. No, to be able to participate in the selection process for MBA at Ahmedabad University, students have to appear for any one entrance exam such as NMAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, or GRE. After appearing in the exam, students are then required to participate in the PI round (personal interview) and a WAT. Official statement on delay of SU JEE Exam is not known, yet sometimes, changes in exams are seen in light of unforeseen reasons such as public health, administrative orders, or due to great events. Thus, this is suggested to follow university's official website and get updates through social media portals for the announcement of change in exam date. If any alteration happens, the university should, in most cases notify applicants beforehand through official releases. Always depend on proper sources for the most relevant and current information.
