SRHU BSc admission for most BSc specialisations is merit-based. No there is no customer care number to reach the PTET exam conducting officials 24 X 7 you can try contacting the general helpline or inquiry number of the conducting authority during the normal business house 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays. This information should be available on the official website or in the exam notification.
