Based on your 89.996 percentile and 157476 rank in JEE 2024, let's look into your chances at Heritage College and RCCIIT:
- Heritage Institute of Technology (HIT) in Kolkata offers admission through WBJEE and JEE Main.
- The HIT cutoffs change each year, but with your ranking, it may be difficult to get a spot in their B.Tech programs.
- RCC Institute of Information Technology (RCCIIT) considers JEE Main results.
- While RCCIIT's cutoffs fluctuate, your rank may be on the higher side of acceptance.

The projected CMAT cutoff percentile for NIA Pune is greater than 75. The weightage given to various components during selection is shown below. 1. Previous academic record: 20%. 2. Performance in CAT/CMAT: 50% 3. Performance in GD/PI: 30% 4. Relevant work experience (those candidates with relevant work experience will be given preference during the interview). So, while the above work experience gives you a slight advantage, if your academic and GD/PI performance is good, you can convert this.

No, you cannot directly apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) without a B.Ed degree. However, there are a few specific situations where you might be eligible even without a B.Ed:
1. D.El.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed: If you have a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or an integrated Bachelor's degree in Education (B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed), you are eligible to apply for both Paper I (Primary Teacher) and Paper II (Secondary Teacher) of CTET.
2. Specialized Degrees: Candidates with specific degrees like B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, B.Sc. in Home Science, or B.Sc. in Physical Education can apply for Paper II
