About JKBOSE 10th
Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is the main conducting body for examinations of classes 10 and 12. Based in Jammu & Srinagar, it is an autonomous body under the administration of the government of Jammu and Kashmir.
The board conducts the annual board examinations for Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh regions in March and April. It has divided the Jammu & Kashmir divisions into soft and hard zone areas (erstwhile summer & winter zones). The 12th board exams for Soft zone areas are held in March while those for Hard zone areas are conducted in April.
