This is entirely at the discretion of the candidate. While students who have appeared for the test before and are on their second attempt would take lesser time preparation time than first-time test takers. Putting a number would be technically not right.

Absolutely. Candidates wanting to appear for their PTE Academic test on their own can achieve qualifying scores or higher by simply being devoted to their cause to the end and taking information from verified sources such as the official PTE website or our preparatory guide.

You can take the PTE Academic exam anywhere across the designated 62 test centres in India. These test centres have been strategically picked for the ease of students so that the PTE test-taking journey remains smooth for students. Some of the major cities that host the PTE test centres in India are Noida, New Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Gurugram and more. The PTE Academic exam is conducted in several different time slots throughout the year in India. The most common time slots that can be taken across all test centres in India are 8 AM, 10:15 AM, 12:30 AM, 1:15 PM, 02:45 PM, 3:30 PM, 5 PM and 7:15 PM.

IIFT 2024 exam will not be conducted this year. Admission to the IIFT MBA programmes for 2024-26 batch will be done through CAT 2023 score. The announcement was made by IIFT in August that it will accept CAT score for admission and that aspirants should register for it. CAT 2023 exam will be held on November 26, 2023.

IIFT admission forms are expected to be released in October, which the aspirants have to fill to be eligible for selection and shortlisting for WAT-PT round of the MBA admission process.

Until last year, the IIFT entrance exam was held nationwide in the month of December. It was conducted by the NTA.

No, currently the PTE Academic Online exam is not accepted for visa applications abroad. Students seeking for an English test that is also widely accepted at universities abroad and also for visa applications must take the PTE Academic exam.

The PTE Academic Online test's fee is just the same as that of PTE Academic exam for a given country/area. For example, the fees for PTE Academic exam and the PTE Academic Online exam are INR 17,000 and in Australia, it is $445 AUD for both the exams.
