If you cannot register for an ACT exam centre, then choose another test date. Exam centre availability depends on time of exam registration. If you register early you can get a slot if not then choose another centre or date.

It is not allowed to make changes either to the test center or test date on the test day. On test day you are allowed to make only one change that is the test option that you like to attempt, ACT or ACT Writing. Before admission, you need to inform the supervisor that wants to make changes to the test. You will not be allowed to add writing on the test day.

No, this is not usually the case when ACT exam dates change that too last minute without prior information. The ACT exam dates are predetermined and they do not change within a short span of time also. Hence, whatever dates are available while registrations, they are final and there is no scope for alteration or change of dates from ACT.

Usually, candidates take the ACT test 2-3 times in order to achieve their targeted score. Also, do not take the test many times as it can hamper your college applications. Applicants should aim to choose only one ACT exam date and try to be successful in that one go only. This is beneficial one because the applicants already have lesser time and taking an ACT again and again can be difficult on the pocket too.

Yes, some colleges accept JEE Mains score without a 75% cut-off criteria. They are listed below:

  1. Netaji Subhas University of Technology: 60% criteria
  2. Delhi Technological University: 60% criteria
  3. Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology: 60% criteria
  4. College of Engineering Bhubaneswar: 45% criteria
  5. Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology: 45% criteria

There are many colleges that don't set 75% in PCM in class 12th as an eligibility criterion. Searching for these institutions totally depends on region you are searching for. You can refer to Shisha.com for more information.

Yes, ACT registration is easy, and can be completed in a few quick steps without help. The ACT registration would require some academic details of the applicants, besides their high school grades or scores and a little details about their co-curricular activities. The ACT registration requires applicants at the end to choose a date for exam and the test centre. Both choices can be changed afterwards but would require additional fee.

If the applicant's ACT registration is complete, they will get a confirmation mail, and the fee recipt of the ACT registration upon payment. The applicants will then be shortly mailed their admit cards with details printed on it. A printout needs to be taken along with the recent headshot passport size picture at the ACT test centre and a valid id.

In case an applicant misses to register for ACT at the proposed deadline, late registration window is the next option. The late registration window opens for students one last time. If you register late you have to pay a fee.

Candidates need to pay USD 19.00 to send additional score reports online after registration. Candidates need to request this online before the test date. No requests like these would be entertained after registrations of ACT have been submitted. There are already a couple of free reports available during ACT registration for colleges, but if additional score reports are required, they would be chargeable.
