No, there is no such provision to change the exam centre, candidates are not allowed to change exam center once their admit card is released. Hence, it is important to choose the exam center carefully during the application process itself.

If you're looking for admission at some NIT with 8723 EWS general rank in JEE Mains for Computer Science and Engineering, then it is possible to get NIT Delhi and NIT Calicut for the CSE course. You can also opt for some other NITs, like NIT Srinagar, NIT Manipur, NIT Puducherry, and NIT Arunachal Pradesh. To check for the cutoff in which you are eligible, the candidates are advised to visit: JEE Main Rank Predictor 2024: Calculate JEE Rank From Percentile/Score.

According to the Delhi Technological University Placement report 2023, the highest package offered to BTech and MTech students was INR 82.05 LPA and INR 51.03 LPA, respectively. For the Netaji Subhas University of Technology, the median package offered to B.Tech and M.Tech students during the 2023 placements was INR 17 LPA and INR 15 LPA, respectively. According to me, you should go for DTU. NSUT is acknowledged for CSE. ECE at DTU will be a better option.

Deciding between pursuing a career through the National Defence Academy (NDA) and opting for a B.Tech can be a challenging situation. According to me, what you can try is:

  • Try to convince them.
  • If not, study B.Tech and join the forces
  • Maybe give the CDS exam-join OTA &IMA & navy
  • AFCAT exam-join AFA
  • You could start preparing for the NDA exam while enrolling in a B.Tech program.
