Based on your cutoff marks, i think you can only get the mechanical branch at Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology. Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology admission is merit based for programmes offered at UG and PG levels. The duration for UG courses provided by Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology ranges between 3 - 4 years and the same for PG courses falls between 2 - 3 years.

Candidates who wish to study forensic Science must pass the appropriate entrance exams, which are given by some universities that offer forensic Science programs.
