The Engineering Service (IES) prelims exam is conducted across the nation at the designated exam centres. The Commission allot the IES exam centres on first-apply basis and there is no discretion of the candidates over the allotment of the exam centre. The candidates can not request the change in the IES exam centre as the Union Public Service Commission does not consider such requests.
In the matter of exam date, it is impossible to request a change in exam date because the exam is conducted at all India level in the offline mode and it is conducted as per the dates mentioned in the official exam calendar.

For B.Tech admissions, PSNA College of Engineering and Technology mostly takes state-level entrance exams such as TNEA. Accepting JEE scores for admission to the B.Tech programme is not mentioned specifically. The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) exam is used for B.Tech admissions, and the college's admissions requirements are entrance-based.

Consequently, PSNA College of Engineering and Technology uses the TNEA exam as the primary basis for B.Tech admissions, while the college may take other entrance exams into consideration for particular fields.
