The Commission allot the IES exam centres on first-apply basis and there is no discretion of the candidates over the allotment of the exam centre. The candidates can not request the change in the IES exam centre as the Union Public Service Commission does not consider such requests.
In the matter of exam date, it is impossible to request a change in exam date because the exam is conducted at all India level in the offline mode and it is conducted as per the dates mentioned in the official exam calendar.
