No, the selection criteria for full-time course is through JEE Main score. Candidates should have minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate in Class 12 or its equivalent examination. Aspirants with gap year (if any) between their Class 12 will be required to submit Gap Period Affidavit  (available at university website).

No, There is no particular exam for BALLB Hons.However, The student must have scored atleast 50% marks in 10+2 from any recognised board in India or overseas. A certain interview can also be conducted to asses the personality of the candidate.

Yes PTE Academic accepted by Australia, New Zealand, and few others for immigration. You must check score requirement for your visa. So PTE is good for immigration purposes all over the world.
