Yes you can get into GNIT IPU with 75 percentile. You may not be able to get seat in higher branch.
The 2023 IPU CET cutoff for JEE Main is 90 percentile or higher for the General Category and 75 percentile or higher for the EWS Category.
The Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIT) IPU selects students based on their score in JEE Main exam and their 12 passed out students.
Here are some 2022 cutoffs for GNIT:
MHT CET: 534660 for general category students in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The NMIMS-NPAT (NMIMS Programs After Twelfth) scores are accepted by the Anil Surendra Modi School of Commerce (ASMSOC) for admission to the B.Sc. programme in Finance. The NMIMS-NPAT is a standard entrance exam for NMIMS Deemed to be University's BBA, B.Com (Hons), and B.Sc. (Finance) programs. The students have to score more than 80 to 90 percent aggregate marks in the entrance exam to take admission.
The Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering and Diploma in Information Technology is a courses under State Council of Technical Education, Nagaland under the Directorate of Technical Education. The duration of the Course is 3 years. Admission to the course will be done during May/June every year. Admission notice is published in the local newspapers and some national newspapers about a month prior.
