Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (RCSS) offers a diverse range of accepted entrance exams for its MBA program, catering to both national and state-specific testing preferences. National-level exams accepted include the Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), and Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), providing a standard benchmark for evaluating candidates across the country. Additionally, RCSS considers scores from the Kerala Management Aptitude Test (KMAT Kerala), catering specifically to students from the state.

To further expand its applicant pool, RCSS also accepts scores from the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), offering a wider range of testing options for potential students. This diverse selection of accepted exams allows RCSS to attract a talented and diverse student body, fostering a vibrant learning environment and enriching the programme with varied perspectives.

The CAT (Common Admission Test) exam pattern for 2023 remains consistent with the format established over the past two years. Prescribed by the IIMs, CAT 2023 features 66 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be solved within a time frame of 120 minutes. This duration is divided equally among the three sections of the exam, allowing 40 minutes for each section. The CAT 2023 exam pattern was officially released on July 30, concurrent with the announcement of CAT 2023 registrations. Notably, this structure has been maintained since 2020 when the exam duration and question count were reduced from 180 minutes and 100 questions, respectively, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the test structure, sectional time limits, marking scheme, and individual sections for effective preparation.
