No, candidates are not guaranteed with the BITSAT cut-off that they will be granted admission. Many others factors play an important role in the seag allotment process as well. However clearing the cut-off score increases the chances of doing so, it is recommended to check the previous year cutoff of BITSAT. Vidyasagar University accepts national-level entrance exams such as MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT, etc., for admission to its MBA programme. MBA is offered via the university's affiliated colleges as well. Candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria too, i.e., bachelor's degree with 45% aggregate. Interested candidates must fill out the online/offline application form and appear for the group discussion/ personal interview conducted by the university. MBA is also offered via the affiliating colleges of Vidyasagar University.

As per the Vidyasagar University's admission guidelines there is no entrance exam required for LLM. Admission to LLM is based on candidate's performance in the qualifying exam, i.e., pass the LLB (Graduate examination in Law) with a minimum 50% aggregate for general students and 45%  for SC/ ST/ OBC students. There is no age bar for admission in law college in West Bengal.
