Alliant University requires a minimum TOEFL score of 75 for the Internet-based test or an IELTS score of 6.5 for all programs except TESOL. The TESOL master's programme requires minimum scores of 80 internet-based test for Masters and 83 for EdD. For CEFR, B2 is required for master's level and doctoral level and for iTEP Academic, 3.5 is required for master's level and 4.0 for doctoral level.

All issued related to the conduct of examination and selection procedure shall fall under the jurisdiction of Courts, at Mumbai only. The Commissioner State CET CELL shall be the concerned authority or the legal person related to the matter in whose name Maharashtra Government may sue or may be sued. The following are the requirements for admission to MIT WPU's MBA programme and only those students can get admission who can fulfill the eligibility criteria:
- Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for applicants in the deserving category) in order to be considered for the normal MBA program.
- Candidates for the MIT RISE WPU PGP (distance) programme need to be graduates of any subject.
- The CAT exam score of 60 percentile or higher is the minimal requirement for admission to the MIT-WPA MBA program.
