Nothing happens if, for some medical reasons, the internal exams are missed by the students. In this case, the students can submit the Medical report. But then the students have to score well in the semester examinations so that the students can secure really good marks and won't fail the exams. If someone fails in end semester examinations then they will have to reappear for that exam the next year. So try to give all the internal examinations and do not miss them as it helps to score well.
