For CAT, graduation from a recognized university is required.
It matters a lot about your 10th & 12th during IIM shortlisting but to appear for CAT one needs to have just graduated from a recognised university.

If someone misses the internal exam in Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, the course shall reappear for the Internal Examination of that course and clear the internal examinations.

TANCET answers key is downloadable using the login portals available on the official website within a week after the exam is conducted. Candidates do not get the official answers key for TANCET immediately after the exam is conducted. Some of the coaching institutes may released the official answers key immediately after the TANCET exam. However, candidates must wait for the official answers key to released on the official exam website. The final score calculation is based on the official answers key published on the official website.

No, you can't take admission in Grant government medical College, because a domicile certificate of Maharashtra is required for B.Sc PMT admission. Further admission is based on 12th marks.

It is not an issue. You must have done 12th from a recognised board and graduation from a recognised university.
CAT does not have any upper or lower age limit. However, the eligibility criteria for CAT states that the candidate should have completed their undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50% for the General and NC-OBC categories (45% for reserved categories).
