Yes, all the JEE Main rank holders are eligible to take part in the OJEE counselling process for admission to the engineering programmes offered by colleges accepting OJEE scores. Even if the candidates have not appeared for the OJEE exam, they can get admission to various colleges based on their JEE Main scores. Candidates who wish to participate in BAMS/BHMS counselling must have qualified in NEET (UG) with a valid rank. Candidates must get the scores verified at JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-751030 in person who are taking a part in the OJEE counselling through JEE Mains or other qualifying entrance exams. JEE rank holders will be eligible to participate in the counselling process irrespective of their admission status.

The Odisha Cell will conduct the OJEE counselling for JEE Main rank holders and OJEE-qualified aspirants. The OJEE counselling dates will be available on the official website of Odisha JEE. Interested candidates will be required to complete the OJEE counselling registration process within the deadline. Based on JEE Mains rank you can always get any college in any state of your choice. However, giving the state joint entrance examination gives you a higher percentage of chances of seats in the colleges of your state. Candidates belonging to the state of Odisha will be eligible to take admission to the government colleges in the state, and non-native students are eligible to take admission to private colleges and institutes. The M and M Unit, Department of Evaluation, NIOS prepares the NIOS class 10 and NIOS Class 12 marksheet. NIOS Marksheet will be issued to successful students only. They have to visit the respective Accredited Institute (AIs) soon after the NIOS Result 2023 Class 10 and NIOS Result 2023 Class 12, to collect their mark sheets. Students will receive the original mark sheet 6 months after the NIOS results. There is a provision for students to get the NIOS duplicate Marksheet. Once the NIOS Result 2023 is announced online, NIOS will send the original mark sheet alongside the documents such as Migration Certificate and Pass Certificate to the candidates address by post.

In National Institute of Technology Meghalaya if we talk about internal exam it consist of assignment, viva, class test 1, class test2, and mid term examination. As we are university so there is no such terms like internal and external examinations. Marking scheme
2 class test 30 marks
2 assignment 20 marks
mid term examination 50 marks and end term examination 100
overall 200 marks in which 70 is mandatory
if some one is missing assignment or class test he will get zero or he can request to the authorities for the re-exam but in case if you are missing end term you will get baclogs. If you are3 missing mid term examination you have to talk to authorities and sometimes you will get to appear for exam in the end of the semester and sometimes they don't consider it depends I don't think there is any such fixed rule. But most of the time the3y allow to sit for the exam.
