On the KMAT exam day, candidates have to follow some guidelines which include settling on time, cooperating with the exam conducting staff, following instructions of test invigilator, etc.

KMAT exam day dos:

  1. Login at least 10 minutes prior to time mentioned on KMAT admit card.
  2. Keep a photocopy of the KMAT admit card along with a government issued identity proof.
  3. PwD candidates should keep relevant certificates and documents as prescribed by examination authorities. 
  4. Keep a blue or black ball point pen for calculations
  5. Keep a drinking water bottle
  6. Cooperate with the test centre staff and follow instructions carefully

Last date to register for KMAT 2025 exam (Session 2) was extended to October 15, 2025. The session 1 KMAT application form was released on May 14, 2025. The KMAT Karnataka 2025 application form is available online on the official website of KMAT India- kmatindia.com. The last date to apply for the KMAT 2025 exam was again extended to August 20, 2025.

KMAT is a Home Based Online Remote Proctored Test comprising 120 MCQs. These MCQs are spread and divided ino four sections of Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension; Quantitative Ability; Logical Reasoning and General Awareness. The test is to be completed in 120 minutes without any sectional time limit. The candidate is allowed to switch from one section to other within the overall time limit.

KMAT or KMAT Karnataka is also known as the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test. It is conducted by KPPGCA for admission to MBA, MCA and PGDM courses. More than 170 colleges in Karnataka accept the KMAT score for admission. The exam is held once a year in multiple shifts. There are a total of three sections in KMAT exam. The total score is 120, and there is no negative marking in KMAT. The exam is conducted in the home based remote proctored mode.

KMAT Karnataka is conducted by the Karnataka Post Graduate Private Colleges' Association for admissions to MBA, PGDM and Master of Computer Applications courses. The KMAT scores are accepted by the top 170 AICTE approved colleges in Karnataka.

MAH BHMCT CET exam is scheduled to happen between April 28 and April 30, 2026. And MAH MHMCT CET exam date was March 25, 2026.
