Generally, if student fails in internal exams, they have to put some extra efforts in the written exam to pass, it's not necessary to pass in internals separately, but if students passed in internals, it is a Plus point which helps in scoring good Semester Grade Point Average.

As per the new NEP (new education policy scheme) it is mandatory for the student to pass in both theoretical and practical examination If someone missed the internal exam, there are chances of retest depending on teacher if they agreed, generally there are two- three test and assignment, and best two are considered for internal marks.

The eligibility criteria of Indian Navy's Artificer Apprentice (AA) is given below.
1. Educational qualification: For Sailor (AA): Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam with 60% or more marks in total with Maths and Physics or at least one of these subjects (Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science) from the Boards of School Education that is recognised by MHRD, Government of India.
2. Age: Applicants must have been born between the dates of 01st Feb 2002 to 31st Jan 2005.

The IPU CET questions will be of objective type. There will be four options for each question and candidates have to choose and mark right answer from options given. The answer should be marked in OMR sheet. There will be 1 mark deducted for every wrong response. If questions are left unanswered, marks will not be deducted.
