You have to appear in the next exam cycle if you did not qualify for the AIBE exam. The procedure is to register for the AIBE exam again once the application forms are out. Qualifying the AIBE exam is mandatory to obtain a "Certificate for Practice. " The Bar Council of India offers this Certificate following a 30-day examination period. To practice law in Indian courts, you must possess the COP; as a result, you must pass the AIBE test. There is no limit on age or attempts, so you can apply for AIBE as many times as you need to pass it.

To practice as an advocate in Indian courts, candidates must pass the All India Bar Exam (AIBE). You need to pass this exam to pursue a career in law. As per the law of the Bar Council of India, you can practice for two years until you pass the AIBE exam. You can practice law provisionally after registering with the respective state bar council. This is allowed for two years, by which time you must clear AIBE. During this time, some lawyers assist their seniors. You can learn how to practice in high courts or the Supreme Court during this time by assisting senior advocates in their cases.
