Yes, you can do a Master of Philosophy without attending the entrance exam, and you can get admission on the basis of your graduation marks. You can get direct admission to some top universities in India if you have completed your Master of Philosophy (MPhil), and in some universities, you do not have to do the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. ) coursework again. Amity University provides direct admission to the Master of Philosophy programme. I hope this will help you.

I am sorry, but with marks of 392 even under OBC category, you cannot get a government MBBS seat in any state
But you have many chances to get BDS seat
All this I talked about government colleges
There are chances for private colleges.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them, toughness level of the examination etc. But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 294 marks you may not get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example, In NEET 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for sc category under Madhya Pradesh state quota was 409 marks and it was for Government Medical College Shahdol.
