There is no sectional cut-off for the GMAT exam.
GMAT Exam cut-off varies depending on the difficulty level, number of candidates writing the exam, seat vacancies, average scores, and more. The total GMAT score ranges from 200-800, and based on an average estimate, two-thirds of the candidates sitting for the GMAT exam obtain a score of 400 to 600.

For prelims, the cut off is out of 100 marks:
1. The cut-off for the general category, EWS, and OBC categories was the same, 50.5.
2. For SC category: 44.50
3. For the ST category: 38. Also, there is a section-wise cut off which is mandatory to qualify for prelims and was as follows:
1. English Language section cutoff (30 marks): 10 marks for the general category, 6.75 for the others.
2. Quantitative Aptitude Section Cut Off: For the general category it was 9 and for others it was 6.25 out of 35 marks.

No, you can not take admission in JNU without appearing in the CUET-PG entrance exam. According to JNU's admission policy, admission to the M.A. In Urdu course will be based on results from the NTA's CUET (PG).
