For getting into IITTM-Gwalior, you will certainly have to target a percentile of 70 and above in CAT/MAT/CMAT. The best thing about IITTM is that you can apply with scores of either CAT MAT or CMAT and if at all a particular day could not be in your favour, you can certainly perform well in the other exams and attain a good percentile that can give you a GD-PI call.

The level of difficulty (LOD) of JMI entrance is less than CAT but sometimes at par with CMAT & sometimes less than CMAT as well. It depends upon the year-to-year paper as they change their LOD. There are total 60 seats in Jamia. JMI as an offline mode 3 hours MCQ test with 170 MCQs of 170 marks.

No you cannot apply for B.Arch course without studying 12th with Science stream. I will suggest you to do BBA then MBA course. BBA course will give you an exposure in management field.
