DY Patil, PCCOE, Sinhgad Institute, MIT Academy of engineering. , MESCOE, GH Raisoni and many more. You may get admission in Bhartiya Vidyapeeth and Symbiosis by going through an agent (but I highly recommend not to). The colleges in bold are good college and you can easily get CS in them. NSUT-Cutoff for COE-1800 (outside Delhi)
