Dear Omkar, I hope things are going well. Without a doubt, you can learn. There are many resources available right now. Both offline and internet resources are used. There are also many paid online animation courses available, but my recommendation is to go to college so that the work will be organised and follow a certain flow. I hope this is helpful. You might get admission in the College for courses like electrical, electronics and communication, mechanical, civil engineering. But for IT branches you might be not qualify. Hope your query is resolved.

As far as I know a full fee reimbursement is given to only the top rankers of the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam. Your fee may be reduced by the scholarship to maybe 40-60%. Hope your query is resolved.

First of all very congratulations for securing 132 marks. In 132 marks, your percentile will be around 96-97 and CRL will be around 35000-45000. Now if your home state is Odisha, then there is most probably chance that you can get there and infact with god branch, but if you are from other state, then there is little bit low chance from previous one but maximum possibility is that you can get seat there but in this case branch may be not of your choice.

Also with a category rank of around 8000, it will be hard for you to get a seat in any NITs IIITs and GFTIs for core branches such as CSE, ECE, etc. For that much rank you have to secure atleast 99+ and 97+ percentile score ( change depending upon exact conditions). .
