The NTA had informed that due to insufficient number of registered candidates in a city or insufficient number of secure nodes, a different city may have been alloted in some cases. It also asked candidates to avail the examination facility at the different city alloted now or exercise the option to appear in the earlier city at a later date before downloading hall tickets.

Hello,
I think you can't get admission in JIIT, but if you go for direct admission in ABES, you may get there by communicating with them. You need to go offline for that and try.

JEE Main probable rank = (100- NTA percentile score) X 869010 /100. However it depend on the number of candidates appeared in the examination

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Admissions to all the UG and PG courses are done on the basis of merit as per the HSNC University, Mumbai guidelines. Cutoff for the UG courses at KC College ranges from 90 to 100 percent, depending on the category and courses.
