I've even witnessed a lot of medical students (who also studied math) succeed in JEE. By the way, you shouldn't have chosen commerce as your path if you wanted to pursue engineering. Students toil for years with JEE as their primary goal if you keep it as a side choice. You can't possibly make JEE your second choice, though it's not impossible but will take some serious hard work.

Yes, if you have filled NDA (1) application form you can download your admit card from upsconline.nic.in or simply Google NDA admit card you'll find this website on the top. Admit cards are available from 14th march as exam is scheduled for 10th April 2022.

Once you have filled the form and have payed application charges there's no way to cancel or revert the process. If you don't want simply don't appear in the paper.
