Placement cell of RIIM PUNE is centralized, where every student is getting equal chance to sit for the placement as the college has 300+ companies on board for the placement drive. A lot of opportunities are available here, and it's all up to students to grab one. The college starts preparing the students for placements from the first day of the course itself. In last 5 years, RIIM has done very well in terms of placements. Almost 90% students in RIIM get placed with good packages ranging between INR 5.5-6.5 LPA. The highest package is INR 14 LPA in top brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Deloitte, Wipro, Capgemini, Paytm, CCD, ITC, JK Tyre, Tech Mahindra, Amul, Oppo, Birla SunLife, Coca-Cola, Eureka Forbes, Gillette India, GODREJ, Havells Limited, Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, ING Vysya, Intel, Mahindra and Mahindra, Decathlon, Cello, Pantaloons, Khadims, BOSE, Coolberg, Vodafone, Airtel, WNS, Gallagher, IDBI Federal, DHFL, Swiggy, and many more top leading banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, HSBC, Yes Bank and IDBI etc.
