Hello Ravi, whatever you study is never wasted. It's always useful. For CDS a student must have passed graduation or should be appearing for graduation examination. When you will go to final year of engineering then you can apply for CDS examination. Best wishes to you.

Hence my sincere advice will be to seek and get admission under this and start your college.
