Yes, candidates seeking admission in the BTech programme of IIIT Delhi must have a valid JEE Main score. The cutoff is usually less competitive for IIIT Delhi. The highest cutoff scores usually is of Computer Science Engineering. Candidates based on their JEE Main score are allotted seats through JAC Delhi Counselling. In 2024, the JEE Main cutoff for CSE was 6695.

To add a secondary paper in the GATE application form, follow the steps below -
- Log in to the GATE 2026 GOAPS portal during the correction period. (The form correction window usually opens for three days after the registration process)
- Select "add secondary paper" option and choose the desired paper and pay the additional fee.
- Ensure that your primary and secondary paper are from the approved combinations prescribed by the authorities.

The last date to apply for the current session was three days before the examination that is 6th of july 2025, The result will be declared within 24 hours after the examination. The last date to take admission is 31st of july 2025. If you hadn't applied you can contact the college directly to know about the seat availability. There is a possibility of direct admission to certain courses.
