I want to join civil services. I studied 12th science. Which Bachelors degree would be suitable as I am interested in UPSC?

Well, there is no requirement as such of any particular degree after class 12th to head towards UPSC preparations. All you need to have a Bachelor’s degree and that could be any course. Also, you only need an optional paper to study which could anything apart from your Bachelor's course as well. But

IBPS Exam is bilingual, this means that the exam can be given in two languages which is Hindi as well as English.

Yes, you can apply to the course, you will need your marksheet and other certificates. The college may ask for gap year’s certificate of the concerned board.
