Do you want to study abroad or work abroad after studying in India? For the latter part, I would suggest complete your PG by either M.Des or MBA. Both have a good demand in foreign nations. Also give IELTS or TOEFL exam and check colleges that will give you admission based on your score for studying

Check the email account for a confirmation mesaage recieved after registration. The application number should be in the mail. If that does not work, contact officials immediately.

The registration is valid for 4 years. Thereafter, you need to get the registration re-validated.

Not everywhere, but certainly in some local colleges for nearly all courses. If you want to pursue graduation from a good college or government college then you will have to give entrance exams.
