If you have enough of your work experence (around 4 or more), you should plan to do Executive MBA which has high paying career opportunities even abroad. After successful completion of this course, you have plenty of job offers because of the degree and of course your experience. You won't like to refuse even a single one then.
E-MBA is the best option for you.
There is a lot of career scopes that you may have through this course.

Dear Aman, if you are asking that whether Executive MBA is a good career option or not, then I will say a big 'yes'. Executive MBA is really a high valued and demanding course in today's management market. But, in order to get admission in Ex-MBA, you must have at least 5 year of work experience at Managerial level. Aman, I am not sure that even IIMs offers the post-graduation course in Ex-MBA, but I would suggest you to go for FMS-DU (Faculty of Management Studies - Delhi University). Hello Abhishek, the college will not provide any opportunity for placements in Diploma courses. However, the PGDM degree and the knowledge will make you able and skilled to take a jump in your career.

See for MBA (executive), you have 2 options:
1.Candidates should be working currently in Bangalore with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
Or
2) At least one-year of work experience with a valid MAT composite score (SEP / DEC 2017 or Feb 2018) of not less than 500 or CAT score (2017) of not less than 60 percentile. Hope that helps!
