You can choose any option, both are good options, but executive MBA is more effective than doing MBA through distance.

You can try for the top colleges in India to do MBA but make sure that you are doing it from one of the top-ranked universities for better placement. You can't do a job and MBA side by side, you have to choose one. If you fail to get any top college for MBA this year continue your job till next year and try again by giving entrance exams like CAT, MAT, etc.

Yes, it is counted but you have to submit relevant work experience documents along with the company registration proofs.

Yes, work experience do matter a lot for doing MBA. But, it is not although compulsory to get work experience before. But, you need practical exposure and analytical knowledge for doing full fledge MBA.
