Yes, you should clear the examination for getting admission in MBA or EMBA in Canada. There is no other option.

Also, GRE is mostly for USA colleges and GMAT is a common test for admission in management in various foreign colleges. Also, even if a college doesn't require GMAT score, it will certainly demand IELTS or TOEFL score.

Yes, most of the Executive MBA's have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of work experience, and they are mostly working professionals.

To pursue Executive MBA, you need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. Around 3-5 years of post-qualification managerial/professional work experience.
