Hello Abhay,
Executive MBA is invariably a one year abridged course for professionals already serving. However, for pursuing Ph.D one needs to do a minimum of two years PG course. Hence if you have done normal MBA of two years you would be eligible for pursuing Ph.D.

Well, the first thing is MBA and PGDM are almost same courses. And Executive PGDM is equal to both of them just the difference is that Executive MBA/PGDM is for the personnel who were already working in organization and want to do an MBA along with their job.

An executive MBA programme is an ideal programme for people who want to continue working and also pursue further education. Most Institutes offering Executive MBA don't have a entrance test. You need to check the respective institute website and based on the their criteria apply for admission. Try and pursue Executive MBA from any of the top 50 MBA Institutes.

You need to be a graduate and usually, the experience should be of 2-3 years. If you have 3-4 years of work experience then you are on the safer side.
