Hi,
Corporate Integrated is for student who due to some reason have dropped out from college since long and later he decided to graduate. So, at Gems B School, it will be one year of BBA and two year of MBA. You will get placed from beginning in a corporate sector. Thus, executive MBA doesn't match with this.

I have a doubt if Executive MBA can be done through distance education. It is actually a regular mode education of short-term (generally of one year).

No, the Executive MBA course is like a regular mode of education and one needs to attend the institution regularly. It is not a distance mode education. So it will be difficult for you to do it while in the job unless your company sponsors you for this course.

Since you have already completed your MBA, I do not think that doing E-MBA would be of any additional benefit to you. What you require right now is a good work experience to further your career.

Work experience is not mandatory to seek admission in MBA in any of top 30 B-Schools in India but it's preferable. Students with work experience are able to relate to subjects being taught in MBA and share thier own experience in class discussions, case studies, team exercises etc leading to better learning.
I am sure even in BPO you would have seen and understood ITES company working. You would have fobe critical analysis of your company management functions. BPO experience and learning will come handy to you during MBA classes.
