There is a wide choice of institutes offering Executive MBA or PGPX programs. You can aim to pursue it from the top notch B-schools like the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad, various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), XLRI Jamshedpur, FMS Delhi, S.P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, etc. You can plan your admission by checking out this list of Institutes offering Executive MBA programmes across India. You can sort them course-wise and city-wise to suit your requirement.
Most of the colleges ask for 3-4 years of experience. But do check one with the college in whcih you are interested.

An Executive MBA, or EMBA, is a graduate level business degree. This program is a lot like a regular MBA program. The main difference is that an executive MBA program is primarily designed to educate and enhance the careers of working executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders.
To pursue Executive MBA you need to have:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university

You can pursue MBA after graduation.
An MBA or Master of Business Administration is generally a two-year program, stretched out to three or four years if students choose to go part-time. An EMBA or an Executive Master of Business Administration is also a two-year program, but it's aimed at business executives with five years' managerial experience. I hope this would suffice. These entrepreneurship can easily be achieved, if you have done management graduation. The management students are keen in such kinds of things.
