You are advised to do EMBA from ISB, Hyderabad or Mohali. ISB, Hyderabad is India's best B-school fvor EMBA. Admission is on the basis of GMAT score.

If he is in confusion to choose the right field in MBA programme, I would recommend that he should opt for Job experience and get the knowledge of professional life and see how the market work and his caliber will be applicable in which domain.
Don't take any option right now whether its regular or executive mode.
