Go for PGDM MBA. It has great scope. I clear the problem for you in simple words, A company needs 10 Marketing MBAs (for sale, profit, advertising, etc ) , while it only needs 1 HR MBA ( for recruiting Proper candidates for company ) and 1 Finance MBA ( for tally the company's gain and loss,etc. )

No, Bimtech doesn't offer executive mba course. Only full time mba is offered by college.

There is nothing called Executive MBA through Distance mode. Either you do Executive MBA or you do MBA through Distance Mode.
