Also, GRE is mostly for USA colleges and GMAT is a common test for admission in management in various foreign colleges. Also, even if a college doesn't require GMAT score, it will certainly demand IELTS or TOEFL score.

Yes, most of the Executive MBA's have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of work experience, and they are mostly working professionals.
