As per directive of the Bar Council of India, aspirants who have obtained Class 12 or graduation/ Post-graduation via open Universities system directly without having any basic qualifications for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission in Law Courses.

There are a minimum of 37 and maximum of 74 seats in BA LLB (Hons) course of Faculty of Law BHU. Candidates are offered seat in the course based on CUET-UG score.
