For admission to BA LLB at the AMU Faculty of Law, candidates must meet the eligibility requirements and secure a good score in the AMU entrance test. The selection is done based on the entrance test scores. Moreover, aspirants who are Class 12 pass with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible for admission to the programme.

The university accepts applications from only the aspirants who fulfil the eligibility requirements. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply. The qualifying exam should have been passed by a recognised board. Moreover, as per the age limit, applicants' age should not be more than 22 years as of July 1 in the year of admission.

Candidate eligibility for Banaras Hindu University's (BHU) B.Com (Hons.) programme requires completion of the 10+2 (or equivalent) from an accredited board with Commerce/Mathematics as one of the courses. A minimum of 50% of total points are needed to pass the qualifying exam. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET), which BHU has accepted for undergraduate admissions, is the basis for admission. To be eligible to apply for the B.Com (Hons.) admission process, candidates must apply for CUET and designate BHU as their chosen institution.

Yes, Faculty of Law BHU LLB (Hons) course aspirants can apply for the university scholarships. To avail of a scholarship, the necessary documents have to be submitted. Below are the scholarships details:
- A maximum of 20 blind students can get an amount of INR 5,000 per annum per head as financial assistance.
- First and second rank holders are awarded a cash prize of INR 4,000 and INR 3,000, respectively.
- An amount of INR 2,000 per annum is granted as assistance to students with a poor family background. It is available for 100 students.

The seat allotment process at the Faculty of Law BHU is done on the basis of merit in CUET-PG. Candidates have to participate in the counselling round to secure a seat. There are a total of 286 seats for the LLB (Hons) programme. This seat count is a per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

The course curriculum of PG-level programme has elective subjects in the last three semesters. Candidates can choose the preferred elective subjects. Faculty of Law BHU LLB (Hons) electives are divided into three groups. Some of the electives offered in the course are:
