Hi.
No, you will not fail in internal exam because there are no such rule in BHU.You need 40 out of 100 marks, it is not matter how do you get this.If you do not appear in the internal, then you will get zero marks in internal. As you know internal is only 30 marks, 20 marks written test and 10 marks on attendence or on assignment, it depends on teacher what he likes assignment or attendence. The expected cut-off for BA LLB at BHU varies each year depending on a variety of factors, including the number of applicants and the difficulty level of the entrance exam. However, generally, a score of around 300-350 out of 450 is considered a good score for admission to the BA LLB programme at BHU.
Regarding CUET, I'm not sure which programme you are referring to. Could you please clarify which program's cut-off you are asking about?
