JMI is ranked 6th in law colleges in India and best in Delhi where the Indraprastha Law College is ranked 74th.It is significant to remember that each university has advantages and disadvantages of its own. Delhi is home to Jamia Millia Islamia, or JMI, as it is commonly called. It was created in 1920 by an Act of the Indian Parliament, and the UGC recognises it. AICTE, NCTE, and NBA accreditation are granted to a few of Jamia Millia's courses. The NAAC has awarded Jamia Millia Islamia University an A++ grade for accreditation.
