There are three sections in the exam: Reasoning, General Awareness and English Competency. The candidate must prepare for the exam as per the official syllabus only. It is because questions in the exam will be asked from the syllabus updated on the admission portal.
Candidates will be asked questions from logical reasoning, numerical ability, series and sequencing etc. The English section will include questions related to spellings, vocabulary, Odd one out words, analogy, grammer related topics and an essay on any current topic.
For General Awareness Test, candidates should prepare topics like Politics, Current affairs,

The application fee for AIFD WAT is INR 1000. The application fee has to be paid online at the time of filling out the application form. Note that the onine application form for the current session is now open.
As part of the application filling process, the candidate will have to fill in personal, academic, and contact details, and upload documents. Finally, the fee has to be paid to complete the process.

The application form for AIFD 2025 is now open. Candidates who meet the elgibility criteria may apply for AIFD WAT 2025 has to fill out the application form following the link given on this page.
Note that no last date is announced yet for filling out the form.
Candidates seeking admission to the Army Institute of Fashion & Design need to ensure that they meet the prescribed criteria before proceeding to fill out the form.

The admit cards for AIFT exam will be released a few days before the exam. On exam-day, candidates need to bring with them the admit card and a valid photo id proof. The AIFD WAT 2025 exam will be held in April 2025.
The admit card contined details like the name and roll number of the candidate date and time of the exam, exam centre details, and exam-day guidelines.

The Online Admission Test (OAT) or AIFD WAT 2025 test will be conducted in April 2025 (10 am - 1 pm). The exam will be administered in a computer-based mode. The result of AIFD WAT 2024 will be declared in May 2025 (tentative).
On the day of the exam, the candidate needs to report at the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card. Note that late comers will not be allowed inside the exam center.

Candidates were asked to fill their choice of AIFD WAT 2025 exam centre for the OAT at the time of filling out the AIFD WAT 2025 application form. As far as possible, the examination centres will be allotted to the candidates as per their first / second choice. The AIFD WAT 2025 exam will be coducted in 38 cities across India.
On the day of the exam, the candidate needs to report at the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card. Note that latecomers may not be allowed entry inside the exam center.

No, candidates are required to submit the form online and keep the pdf of duly filled application form with themselves for future reference. The online application link will be given on this page. Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria can fill out the application form.
Note that when filling out the form, make sure that you follow the prescribed guidelines. It is because incomplety and incorrectly filled applications will be rejected.

The registration process for AIFD WAT 2025 for admission to the UG progarm is available online. The candidates need to download the admit card, fill it, and then send it to the admission office.

For the current session, a total of 60 seats have been earmarked each for the BSc (FAD) and the BSc IDD program. The candidate will be able to select their programme of study at the time of filling the application form.
Note that the allotment of seats will be as per the merit rank of the candidate in AIFD WAT 2025. Such candidates who are alloted seats will have to pay the seat-acceptance fee to confirm their seats.
