Hello
1. It is a practical course, so how will you manage to learn through distance when it's meant to be a regular course.
2. None of the good and reputed colleges of India offer a distance fashion designing Master's degree.
3. Even if some colleges offer a distance programme then fashion designing is a field where you need to practice on regular bases. So it doesn't matter whether you are doing it from India or from abroad.
4. Distance learning wouldn't help you to get a good job as a fashion designer.

I am not sure if you can do M.A. In Psychology unless you have done a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Anyhow there is a field of Psychology called Psychology of Fashion/Psychology of Clothing. I believe you can pursue that field if you want to mix up both Fashion & Psychology together. You can find more information about the field in here. https://www.iiftbangalore.com/post/psychology-of-colors-clothing-and-fashion.
