Yes, you can apply for NIFT entrance after completion of your 12th. The NIFT offers the following 4-years B.Des. Undergraduate programs as-
1. B. Des in Accessories design
2. B. Des in Fashion Communication
3. B. Des in Fashion Design
4. B. Des in Knitwear Design
5. B. Des in Leather Design
6. B. Des in Textile Design
7. B.FTech in Apparel production
Eligibility criteria : The maximum age is 23 years (5 years relaxation to reserved categories) and passed 12th grade examination (For B. Des) and 12th passed with PCM for B.FTech. Admission calendar : The online registration will starts in the last week of October every year and will continue till

Hi,
The fee is Rs 2,70,000 per year and it is a 4 years course. Age limit is not mentioned on the official website but generally, the age limit for UG degree course is 21.
