If you have cleared the UID aptitude test, then it is good, and just be calm and composed. There would be GD round, and you are in for UID admission.

Of course you can do. You may choose a full fledged degree or a certificate programme in fashion designing or even a Diploma. Since you have a degree, I would recommend you to work full time or part time and then pursue a Diploma.

Generally, for a diploma, completing and passing 10th is a basic requirement. Hence, yes, you may do it right after 10th.
